For each chakra, the quick format requires one 60-minute session.

Starting with the root chakra, you can work your way up to the crown chakra:

• Root chakra – everything that connects you to matter, or keeps it at a distance (prosperity, health).

• Sacral chakra – everything that connects you to feelings and emotions, or keeps them at a distance (trauma, fears).

• Solar plexus chakra – everything that connects you to power, or keeps it at a distance (power/powerlessness, victim/perpetrator).

• Heart chakra – everything that connects you to love, or keeps it at a distance (self-love, partnership, compassion).

• Throat chakra – everything that connects you to your power to manifest, or keeps it at a distance (manifestation, communication).

• Brow chakra – everything that connects you to your vision, or keeps it at a distance (mission, guidance, thoughts).

• Crown chakra – everything that connects you to the divine principle of life, or keeps it at a distance (oneness).
